Rose-Lynn Fisher’s fine-art photography explores cultural, metaphorical and biological thresholds, ranging from the cast-out, outcast couches of Hollywood. to the liminal spaces of Morocco to the microscopic realm of bees. She has a BFA from Otis College of Art and Design, and has exhibited widely in galleries and museums throughout the U.S. and abroad. She is the author of BEE, a new book of photographs of honeybees viewed through a scanning electron microscope, published by Princeton Architectural Press, out at the end of April. Rose-Lynn lives in Hollywood and is represented by Craig Krull Gallery in Santa Monica. In addition to being part of Group SC 2009, her work will be featured at Pro’Jekt LA 5 during MOPLA. Forthcoming solo exhibitions and presentations during 2010 include Farmani Gallery NY, Brooklyn Botanic Garden, Craig Krull Gallery, and the Bean Life Science Museum at BYU in Utah.
